This 60 acres is surrounded by other maple and oak tree forest, corn and alfalfa fields. This land is perfect for 4 bow hunters, families. The land offers many trails, bedding areas, feeding areas to set up your stands. You may place as many stands as you want and leave up all bow season! Includes use of 32 foot trailer camper with slide out and separate bedroom with queen size bed and two bunk beds. Dinette area and couch make into bed also. This camper sleeps 6 comfortable. This camper is in A1 condition! Very clean! Includes, TV/DVD player, gas oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, pantry, central heat and air conditioning, front porch, gas grill, campfire ring and wood, outside tables and chairs. Bathroom is fully functional until about the 1st of November. Working Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
